The Lethbridge Regional Hospital Foundation supports Health Care in your community.

The purpose of the Lethbridge Regional Hospital Foundation is to raise, receive and to distribute funds for equipment and programs that will enhance patient services and health programs in our community. This support will go to any area of need in the hospital but specifically toward medical equipment, facilities, staff and patient education, health promotion programs and patient services. Community health programs offered in Lethbridge are eligible to receive funding support.
The Foundation has been very fortunate to be aided so wholeheartedly by so many contributors. From individual and business donors, service groups and granting agencies, to our many volunteers who give so generously of their time, thousands have helped the Lethbridge Regional Hospital provide truly extraordinary care.
We fund equipment that benefits patients and helps attract and retain the medical specialists and professional staff needed to ensure quality patient services in Lethbridge - close to home. Very few people are referred out of our region for care elsewhere thanks to the expertise and equipment we have right here. We are proud of this, and grateful to the many donors and supporters who help make the LRH a state-of-the-art, regional referral centre for all of southern Alberta.
To seek financial support for equipment and programs that will ensure the best possible patient services and health programs in our community. The Foundation Board ensures that all funds are managed prudently and dispersed in keeping with the wishes of our donors.
The goals of the Lethbridge Regional Hospital Foundation are:
1. To actively solicit and raise funds for the Lethbridge Regional Hospital and its community health programs.
2. To solicit and secure long-term financial support.
3. To cultivate a committed volunteer base.
4. To advance health care education in the community.
