The Chinook Hospital is located at 960 - 19th Street South, Lethbridge, T1J 1W5. It is a 270-bed hospital administered by Chinook Health.

The new Chinook Hospital officially opened June 24, 1988 having evolved from the Lethbridge Municipal Hospital and Galt Hospital. It is a modern health facility located in the heart of the City of Lethbridge and is the City's largest employer.

On April 1, 1995 the Chinook Regional Hospital officially became a part of the Chinook Regional Health Authority. The main offices for the CHR are housed in this facility.

5.  Maternal Child, NICU & Gynecology (Prenatal Program) 1937 births, 20% admitted to Neo-natal  Intensive Care Unit
6.  Pediatrics (Age 0 to 12 yrs, exc NB) 938 admissions
    a.  Day Surgery 649 patient visits
    b.  Outpatient Clinic 1754 patient visits
    c.  Asthma Clinic (both children & adult) 399 patient assessments
    d.  Teddy Bear Tour (Kindergarten) 1010 children participated
7.  Psychiatry 725 admissions
8.  Medicine
    a.  Cardiac Patients 864 admissions
    b.  Diabetic Education Clinic 5,056 patient visits 
    c.  Heart Health
9.  Volunteer Services 89,537 volunteer hours 
10. Medical Imaging
    a. CT Scans 9544 procedures (6132 patients)
    b. MRI Scans 5067 procedures (4132 patients)
