The Lethbridge Regional Hospital Foundation recognizes each person or group that makes a contribution for the improvement of medical equipment, facilities and programs.
Donors automatically fall into one of the recognition categories as listed in this brochure.
All donations of $2,000 or more will be commemorated with a personalized cermaic tile which is part of the distincitve art mural located in the atrium of the Lethbridge Regional Hospital. This mural is a perpetual thank you to the community supporters who make our Hospital great. Internationally acclaimed sculptor Alex von Svoboda created the initial design of the mural and today, members of the Old Man Potter's Guild continue to craft the legacy.
The Foundation holds an annual Recognition Evening to honor donors and showcase new donor tiles before they are installed.

the Donor Art Mural and opportunity for decentralized recognition (as determined
by the LRH Foundation) limited to a 5-year term. |

the LRH Foundation) extended to a 10-year term. |

All of the above, plus decentralized recognition (as determined by
the LRH Foundation) extended to a 15-year term. |

All of the above, plus decentralized recognition (as determined by
the LRH Foundation) awarded in perpetuity. |
The gift amount required for a ceramic tile may be in the form of a single gift or in the form of cumulative gifts over time. Recognition levels will be adjusted as donors make qualifying gifts.
