Starry Night
The Special Development Unit is located on the west side of the Fort Macleod Health Care Centre and offers residential services and day programs to 18 individuals with developmental disabilities. Our primary goal is to provide a quality system of care and services that support wellness and independence, in an environment that resembles the community, using an individual centered approach. As our creative staff members worked on the decorations for this tree, our residents passively participated—offering moral support and motivation. The majority of the decorations on this tree cannot be purchased as they are handmade.
